Elite One to One and Small Group Coaching
What you receive:
Individualised technical and tactical sessions focused on your position specific demands and driven towards performance improvements. A thorough profile and needs analysis is conducted with clear appraisal of professional development needs in line with your strengths and key areas of interest to enhance your game.
You will receive a high level of technical detail and understanding for the purpose of marginal gains and holistic development. The focus is around high repetition ensuring quality and intensity.
Sessions can solely involve technical and tactical coaching or can be split with pitch based strength and conditioning, fitness testing and/or workload monitoring in order to receive a more comprehensive experience. The use of STATSports Vests and specific performance variables will be utilised in order to gain immediate player feedback around Total Distance, Max Speeds, High Speed Running, Intensity and Strain levels.
Sessions are either 90 minutes or two hours, with two hours recommended for small groups with a variety of technical, tactical and conditioning services involved.

Return to Play/Late Stage Rehabilitation Services
What you receive:
If you are returning from injury then work with me to ensure you receive a comprehensive and well rounded return to play service. Taking into account current or recent injuries and awareness of the football specific epidemiology and mechanisms of injury, I will look to implement a suitable and progressive model of conditioning to ensure you feel confident and robust enough to exceed previous baselines.
I appreciate that players require a specific skill based return to play model to ensure they feel comfortable and well equipped physiologically to carry out their position specific demands. With a focus on corrective exercise, lumbo-pelvic stability, neuromuscular control and multi-planar training, my sessions cover the primary foundations for athletic robustness.
Ongoing testing with me prior to a return to play ensures the fundamental conditioning work I do with footballers is backed up with data and evidenced-based research. Furthermore, frequent communication with club multi-disciplinary teams is carried out.
Sessions are specifically tailored to your needs. The majority of my work is focused on gym-based and pitch-based programmes with attention towards performance output in the areas of sprinting, agility, rate of force development, repeat sprint-ability, speed-endurance, maximal strength maintenance, flexibility and mobility.

Strength and Conditioning for Performance
What you receive:
Whether working during the Off-Season, Pre-Season or In-Season, I work with athletes to produce short-term and long-term conditioning programmes to work towards player lead goals and develop productivity and enhance performance output.
Whether you are a youth development athlete or advanced first team player, I intend to tailor my programme design in line with your individual aims and goals. Depending on these specific targets, I aim to provide balance with volume, intensity and specificity when working towards your desired adaptations or performance output.
I also take a more comprehensive approach and look to observe your performances from a physiological, metabolic and biomechanical perspective to determine areas of your game that may need polishing.

One to One or Small group Workshops and Consultations to discuss your chosen areas for development.
Consultations can be carried out face to face or via online platforms dependent on accessibility and availability.
Personal position specific strength and conditioning programmes in line with specific goals, whether this is short term following injury or throughout a longer sustained period of time during the season can be discussed.
Ongoing and timely meetings can take place in order to monitor progression and discuss areas which may need to be regressed or progressed.

Having had 12 years in education, I continue to demonstrate a professional academic delivery service and thoroughly enjoy being immersed in current research developments.
